    • For the payment method advance payment, the goods will be reserved for you for 10 days.
    • In the case of a shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (eg customs duties) are incurred in connection with your order, which are NOT paid by us or charged by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs or Tax authorities are to be paid. For details please contact these authorities. 
    • Please note the surcharges for shipping on islands and certain areas may incur. Contact us in case of doubt in advance and ask for the delivery costs!

    Shipping

    • We ship (every Tuesday and Friday) our goods quickly and reliably by DHL and UPS from a 1.0 kg foil. For larger quantities (over 200 kg), the transport of parcels is cheaper than shipping parcels. If you have questions about your concerns, you are welcome to contact us. We also find the optimal solution for your request!
    • The shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed as soon as you enter a delivery address and place a product in the shopping cart. Alternatively, you can take the package prices from our table.
